Street Outreach

Training for Outreach and Gospel Ministry

Street Outreach begins with proper training for all volunteers. Training is provided on the purpose of the ministry, the heart behind outreach, and the responsibility of representing Jesus Christ publicly. Volunteers are equipped with a clear understanding of how to engage people respectfully, share the message effectively, and rely on the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This preparation ensures unity, clarity, and confidence as the outreach team serves together. Training also emphasizes obedience, humility, and faithfulness to the message entrusted to this ministry.

Understanding the Message We Proclaim

Volunteers are trained in the core message of repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ. This message is central to all street outreach activities and is drawn directly from Scripture. Volunteers are encouraged to study and understand the message deeply, as outlined in “The Message” section of this ministry. Clear understanding helps ensure that the Gospel is shared accurately, consistently, and without confusion. The focus remains on calling people to repentance, pointing them to Jesus Christ, and preparing hearts for His return.

Public Proclamation Using Simple Tools

Street outreach involves boldly proclaiming the Gospel in public spaces using simple and effective methods. Volunteers may use a megaphone to deliver the message so it can be heard clearly by those nearby. This public proclamation is done with courage, respect, and clarity, allowing the Word of God to reach many at once. The goal is not performance, but obedience to the call to preach openly and faithfully, trusting God to touch hearts through His Word.
