Shepherding Believers Through Biblical Care

The pastoral ministry exists to shepherd believers with care, guidance, and biblical support. This ministry focuses on walking alongside individuals as they grow in faith, helping them understand the message of repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ. Pastoral care provides spiritual encouragement, direction, and accountability, ensuring that believers are not left to walk alone. Through personal interaction and prayer, this ministry reflects the heart of Christ by nurturing spiritual growth and strengthening commitment to the Gospel.

Training Volunteers for Pastoral Responsibility

Volunteers serving in the pastoral role receive training focused on outreach, care, and the clear communication of the Gospel message. This training equips volunteers to support individuals during and after outreach activities with wisdom, humility, and faithfulness. Emphasis is placed on understanding repentance, faith, and obedience, allowing volunteers to guide others effectively. Training ensures unity in doctrine and approach, helping the ministry maintain consistency in how care and guidance are offered.

Baptism as Obedience During Outreach

When individuals respond in faith during outreach, baptism may be administered as an act of obedience to Jesus Christ. Pastoral volunteers are prepared to baptize when the need arises in the outreach field. This allows new believers to publicly declare their faith without delay. Baptism during outreach reflects the urgency of responding to God’s call and marks the beginning of a new life in Christ. This sacred act is conducted with prayer, clarity, and reverence.
